Meet Denise
Yoga & Meditation Instructor | Pre & Postnatal Yoga (Bliss Baby Yoga) | Trauma-Informed | RN & Health Coach
With over 16 years of personal practice and more than 5 years of teaching experience, Denise offers a grounded, heart-led approach to yoga that integrates Hatha, Ashtanga, meditation, breathwork, and trauma-informed principles. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, connect deeply with the breath, and cultivate presence through mindful movement.
Drawing on her background as a Registered Nurse and certified Health Coach, Denise weaves a holistic understanding of wellbeing into each session. Whether guiding prenatal students, leading meditation, or facilitating breath-led flow, her intention is always the same: to support others in reconnecting with the body, grounding through the earth, and nurturing a sense of inner steadiness.
Denise is also certified in pre and postnatal yoga through Bliss Baby Yoga and is passionate about holding safe, inclusive spaces for all bodies and life stages. Her teaching is gentle yet empowering, intuitive yet informed—rooted in the belief that yoga is a practice of remembering our wholeness.
